Age Verification: webet conducts identity verification ("KYC") on all accounts. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances. 21+ only.
Each individual may hold only one (1) webet account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts. webet reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts at its absolute discretion.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
webet operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") process consistent with international anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. You agree to provide, upon request and without delay, any documents reasonably required to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by webet may result in account restriction, suspension, or termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your webet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. webet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your webet account, you must notify us immediately.
Deposits to your webet account may be made via the approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and select card providers. All balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposited funds represent the purchase of a non-redeemable credit for use on the webet platform, subject to these Terms. webet does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name. Any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. webet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are published on the platform. webet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
An account that remains inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. webet reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, details of which are published on the platform.
All bets, wagers, and game plays on webet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published on the relevant product page. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product.
webet reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been accepted as a result of: (a) a technical error or malfunction; (b) incorrect odds or pricing caused by manifest error; (c) fraudulent activity; or (d) any violation of these Terms. Void bets will have the staked amount returned to the Member's account balance.
Decisions made by webet regarding the outcome of bets, game results, and related disputes are final and binding, subject to your right to raise a formal complaint through the process described in our FAQ.

All content on the webet platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the proprietary property of webet or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any webet intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any webet content for any commercial purpose without express prior written consent from webet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, webet and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of services caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond webet's reasonable control; or (c) any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory Malaysian consumer protection or other applicable law, webet's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your webet account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The webet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. webet makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or error, or that game results will meet your expectations.

webet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where webet has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used fraudulently or for money laundering; (c) the Member does not satisfy the eligibility requirements; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to webet, its other members, or the integrity of the platform.
Upon account termination for breach, webet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a Member has not breached these Terms, any verified balance will be returned via the Member's registered payment method following completion of outstanding checks.
Members wishing to close their webet account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are subject to completion of any outstanding wagering obligations and pending withdrawal verification.
webet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address or by prominent notice on the webet platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which webet holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first raise the matter through webet's internal complaints process, details of which are published in our FAQ.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution body recognised by webet's licensing regulator.
